I publish this site myself. This page says who owns the works shown here, and how I use generative artificial intelligence. Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the “AI Act”) requires that second part. A note on the French version follows below.

Intellectual property

I own the visual and audiovisual works shown on this site: worlds, boards, images, films, graphic elements. All rights are reserved to Mike-Jeason LECA / Jeason Studio. I wrote these worlds and directed them. I composed and selected the frames, then retouched and edited them.

Client materials stay the property of their owners and appear here with their permission: “Gamma Strain” © Gamma Minus; “Manoid” © Manoid, trade marks and logos included.

Reproducing, displaying, modifying or exploiting them, in whole or in part, requires my prior written permission.

Artificial intelligence transparency

Jeason Studio is an “AI-native” production studio. I make the works shown on this site with generative artificial intelligence systems, for image and for video. None of it is produced without human direction. I direct the studio’s own works and decide what gets published; on client projects, direction is whatever the client and I agree — on “Gamma Strain” I worked under Gamma Minus’s traditional art direction — and publishing that work here depends on their agreement.

Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, which lays down harmonised rules on artificial intelligence (the “AI Act”), has imposed transparency obligations since 2 August 2026. This site meets them as follows:

  • I state that the content is AI-generated, clearly and permanently, in the footer of every page and in the studio’s own presentation. These works are plainly artistic and fictional, so I make that statement in a way that does not hamper how they are shown or enjoyed (Article 50(4));
  • none of the AI-generated works shown here depicts an identifiable real person, a real event or a place presented as real: they are worlds of fiction. The documentary parts of this site — my portrait, the client projects and their press coverage — are presented as real and identified as such;
  • the providers of the AI systems I use are responsible for the machine-readable technical marking of generated content (Article 50(2)).

Personal data & cookies

This site is static. It has no user account, no form, no cookie and no advertising tracker.

I measure the audience with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie. The statistics are aggregated and anonymised: pages viewed, country, device type. There is no persistent individual identifier and no cross-site tracking, so this measurement falls under the consent exemption for audience measurement.

The host may process technical data strictly necessary to deliver the service, such as connection logs and IP addresses. For any question about your data, or to exercise your GDPR rights, write to contact@jeasonstudio.com.

Governing law

This site is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its use falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.

The French version of this notice is the authoritative text. This English page is a translation, provided for convenience. Where the two differ, the French wording prevails. For a question on either version, write to contact@jeasonstudio.com.

Names, addresses and registration numbers appear unchanged in both versions, and so do the references to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. This translation creates no rights or obligations of its own. French law governs the notice, and French courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this site.
