W-01Production dossier
This world set the studio’s look, and this page opens it like a file. It holds one short film and one character reveal, both keeping one character across every cut, a thirty-nine-second teaser and seven rain reveals. In 2026 I redrew the whole cast at native 4K. Below is how each piece was made, what was checked, and what stays in the archive.
P-01.1The films
Night Sanctuary is the short film. It plays at a shrine at night, under rain, among torii gates, moonlight and rooftops, and it closes on a leap over a torii. Kagezan — Reveal is the ritual: title, seated meditation in incense smoke, then the temple erupts. Both films hold identity, costume and materials across ~24 shots, under one light: cold night, warm lanterns, blood-red accents.

Before any of it moved, the cast existed as production spec. Each sheet carries turnarounds in face, profile and back, material spheres per outfit and prop, and a human figure for scale. Function is drawn out too: the kevlar umbrella is diagrammed closed, deploying and deflecting. Every character shipped with a logo, a tagline and written lore, bilingual JP/EN under hanko seals. The films inherited a world that already knew its rules, and a palette that later became the studio’s own: total black, blood red.
P-01.3Method
The 2026 redraw is the production story. The designs held, the pixels did not. Six rules carried the cast from the masters to the page, and each one was paid for somewhere and closed by a check.

I generate four views per character, as a single series. The validated face returns as the identity reference, the costume description is repeated word for word, and only the camera moves.
The eighth name never entered the block. No turnaround exists for Kagezan, because his reveal is a film.

The weak link was the 2024 originals, not the designs. Each one went back in as a weighted reference, so the identity held while the resolution caught up. Twenty-eight sheets came out at 3584 × 4800, drawn native at that size.
Each sheet holds seventeen megapixels, and nothing was upscaled.

The Kurohime title card carried fabricated Japanese and a couplet that had no business being there. Two candidates existed: the original painting repaired, with the characters corrected and the couplet removed, or a full regeneration. The repaired original is the one online, and the regeneration was retired.
Two files carried the same name, and the repair won.

Once references carry the studio seal, a generator will redraw it from memory. Bee Village paid for that lesson, with false marks painted into eight keyframes. So I inspected every new Black Blossom image corner by corner, at full resolution, before it went anywhere near the site.
I checked thirty-five images and found no hallucinated seal. The black ground protected this lot. Bee Village’s flowers had trapped it.

The lot arrived already branded, with the seal card in front and the JEASON STUDIO card at the end, after a first typographic pass had been rejected. Branding it again on arrival would have doubled the cards, which is the exact defect the rule exists to prevent. The seven reveals carry no cards at all, because a four-second loop is set dressing.
Two teasers and the making-of arrived with their cards already in place, and nothing was stamped twice.

The band that animates the top of the world dossier could have come from the teaser. The teaser is ceremonial, with turnarounds in the rain and motion measured between 1 and 2, so as a silent loop it would have read static. I cut the band from three uncut action segments of Night Sanctuary and Kagezan — Reveal instead. Their embedded letterbox was measured on the segments themselves, then removed before the crop.
I removed 142 and 215 pixels of baked-in bars. Motion came out at 15.87, the most animated band on the site, with no black left in frame.
P-01.4The teaser
The teaser runs thirty-nine seconds and gives each name its own kanji card, over score and rain, with no dialogue. The seven reveals are cut straight from it, four seconds per character, and they loop without cards on the world dossier. The same edit does both jobs: it presents the cast, and it leaves the loops behind.

P-01.5The making-of
The making-of logs the work instead of narrating it. It runs in red monospace on black, one line at a time: the source, the lock, the first pass, what went wrong, the turnarounds, the teaser build, the mix. The card that owns what went wrong sits in the middle of the film, not in a footnote. The eight pages below are the log itself, readable at full size.

P-01.6What stays out
Some absences are decisions. The teaser also exists as a 45.5-second 3:4 cut, built for the feeds and kept off this page for the same reason it was built. The 3584 × 4800 masters and the generation kit are not served either: the site shows their stamped 2150 × 2880 prints, and the archive keeps the rest.
Night Sanctuary was cut from a 4K source, and what plays today is QHD. A hard file-size cap forced the reduction. That cap fell when the videos left git, and the native master is due back. Until it returns, the page says QHD, because that is what it serves.

Seven turnarounds cover eight names, and the film runs in QHD where the source is 4K. I count the gaps with the rest.
