The Case File

The teaser runs forty-eight seconds and follows people who clean up after themselves. This page holds the paperwork behind it. I wrote the roster onto confidential cards before I cut a single frame, and I published the prompt in the clear.

Corporate Black Ops

Corporate black-ops wear white rabbit masks over teal coveralls. They carry magenta cleavers, and cherry petals drift through the carnage. The teaser runs nine keyframes in order, over corporate muzak that never acknowledges anything.

The Frames In The Cut

The cut runs from the lobby before to the smile after. I never show the event itself. Nine keyframes stayed in, and four came out.

Four frames left the edit. In the first the crew walks out with cleavers drawn, where the cut wanted empty hands. In the second the label came back printed with a placeholder word. The third lays out wrenches, pliers and a hammer on the tray, which is the wrong trade for these four. The fourth is a shadow that says out loud what the other frames leave to the petals.

P-05.3Method

The Four Decisions

They came in this order. I filed the gang, I published the prompt, I signed the film, and I refused a loop that does not move.

The roster existed before the teaser did

I cast nothing for the teaser. I drew on a roster that was already written. Four operatives each have a CONFIDENTIAL FILE card and a full-body poster. Glassbishop is the handler. Muzzle works smoke and gas at a low signature. Kettlehammer takes heavy assault, an anger-management failure turned into a weapon. Waltz-1 runs psy-ops. Two of them carry a variant study, and all four have an expression sheet.

The prompt, published in the clear

Two process boards sit in the world dossier: one prints the full Midjourney V7 prompt with its key parameters, the other maps each keyword by annotated arrow to the feature it produced on the Glassbishop render, rated from strong to low influence.

Both boards have been public since day one. The causality is on the record, keyword by keyword.

Where the seal stops

The teaser arrived unsigned. I put the animated seal at the head, landing at 0.4 seconds, and the end card at the tail. The making-of took the ident alone, because it already closes on its own signed card.

The teaser went from 36.44 to 47.74 s, and the making-of from 45.10 to 53.44 s, once the ident, the title card and the end card were in.

A mute loop has to move

The band at the head of the world page is cut from the teaser itself, a few shots long and mute. The rule here is animation only, so I allow no slow pans over stills.

Mean motion across the loop measures 7.47. Black bars over its full duration measure zero pixels.

The making-of images were delivered, and I kept them off the site on purpose so the case file stays a film. The teaser is served at 1280 × 720. I do not know yet whether a larger master exists.
